Just following on from the recent thread: Greatest Fight Ever, I'm looking for some recommendations for a bit of quick youtube viewing. Having gone from Hagler - Hearns, to Gatti - Ward, and then Corrales Castillo, my new personal favourite: Round 10 Williams - Shavers Shavers comes out knackered from the ninth (almost as exciting!), with Williams sensing that the end is near. He applies non-stop pressure, earning Shavers a standing 8 count. Wiliams thinks the fight is over and turns away in victory but turns back around to see Shavers still standing. He wades back into Shavers but then out of nowhere, Shavers connects with a vicious uppercut and begins to unload forcing the ref to issue Williams with his own standing 8-count. The ref orders the fighters to continue, but Williams cannot and collapses. Shavers is too tired to even celebrate. What a round!
