    too early to call but pac is a candidate for grabing 2 belts on seperate divisions. Mijares also if he unifies with montiel..i'll just wait till the end of the year

    Its almost half of the year, I believed ESB forum is a pool of boxing gurus (and crystal balls as well) and besides I have seen no more interesting fights other than the above in the ranks for the remaining months. but i respect your wait-and-see notion.

    Pac's resume for 2008 sums up thus far to a questionable win vs. JMM and the predictable destruction of a slightly above average lightweight, David Diaz. Not exactly fighter of the year material but Pac is still ahead of the others in that category.

    There has been better years...

    well, of course I can;t be unbiased, but assuming Nate beats Guzman, then he gets my vote. Beating 2 undefeated champions (Juan Diaz and Joan Guzman) I think trumps Manny's disputed win over JMM, and wins over D. Diaz and Valero/Soto (whichever one he fights on Nov.)

    depends though on the manner of the win, not the sta. cruz type of win..but if that happens he'd definitely be there. That fight with katsidis was foty candidate

    But Nates win over Diaz is worth more than Casas win over Katsidis IMO...all depends on how Casa and Nate win if it happens
