    My current Flyweight rankings:

    1. Roman Gonzalez, 40-0 / Lineal, WBC
    2. Juan Francisco Estrada, 27-2 / WBO/WBA
    3. Akira Yaegashi, 20-4
    4. Amnat Ruenroeng, 13-0 / IBF
    5. Moruti Mthalane, 30-2

I think most people would disagree with my omission of Brian Viloria. However, both of his fights since his Estrada defeat were above the flyweight 112 pound limit. So, his inactivity in the division spans nearly 18 months now and we are approaching 2 full years since his last win there over Hernan Marquez in a war. 12 months of inactivity then removal is generally the rule here.

-Other notables besides Viloria include your choice between the WBA guys in Reveco and Saengthep and then a whole bunch of exciting recently-were's in Igarashi, Segura, Sosa, and then Hernan and Concepcion worthy of mentioning as quality opposition for the above.

    This division is STACKED.

    1. Roman Gonzalez
    2. Juan Francisco Estrada
    3. Brian Viloria
    4. Akira Yaegashi
    5. Amnat Ruenroeng

I agree for the most part, but I have Viloria in my Top 5 since his last 2 fights were barely above flyweight. Sometimes, fighters have a little room for error when it comes to weight in non-title fights. So the additional lb and half a lb against both Herrera and Zuniga are no biggies I feel.

    Agree.

I feel like a diva, but it seems that that is the standard held to most. I know I've done it in the past. Hmm... Otherwise, I would agree with you.

    Gonzales
    Estrada
    Yaegashi
    Viloria
    Sosa
    Mthalane
    Reveco
Ioka (i thought he clearly outboxed Ruenroeng and this is my top 10)
    Igarashi
    Ruenroeng

Not entirely in agreeance with myself about the bottom four.

    I like your list.

And I'm going to have to come to some firm conclusion with myself on my opinion of that fight and my ranking because of it...

I find it kinda funny when people complain that some fighters don’t travel. Ioka got jobbed in his back yard and i didn’t feel that the fight was even that close.

Sturm, in his whole career has only one W on his record that he did not deserve and that is Matthew Macklin. Murray, Geale and Soliman I could have all been easily given to him and he deserved at least one of them.

Toshiyuki say he not flyweight. He fight at 115 from now. Want to be 2 weight ruler.

    Gonzalez
    Estrada
    Amnat
Yaegashi (He probably move down now to 108)
    Ioka
Alvarado (I felt him beat Reveco)
    Reveco
    Muranaka
Kogawa (he get rob in Thailand)
    Yodmongkol

Think Viloria past sell by, Sosa loss to Yaegashi very clear. Segura shot.

Arroyo close and Koki Eto all action man about #18.

At flyweight alone, Estrada has victories over Viloria, Melindo and Segura. Meraz and Diale are nice supplementary wins too.

Gonzalez at Flyweight alone has only one noteworthy but very good win.

You have to really love boxing to be able to break down the flyweights.
