    Mine:

    Fury
    Klitschko
Povetkin (I believe the controversy will be sorted out)
    Pulev or Joshua
    Puelv or Joshua
    Ortiz
    Wilder
    Parker
    Haye
Chagaev (since the Brown verdict was upheld)

Probably a good list. I think Takham would destroy Chagaev but the ranking is good IMO.

Chag is clearly ready to go but someone has to take that spot from him.

There's no way current Pulev can be above Ortiz, Wilder and probably even Haye. He was decent but right now he's past prime.

    Not bad, but Briggs?

Look at boxrec's current top 25. Who amongst them has he even fought?

Agree with Wilder above Povetkin. The rest is at least justifiable. But Briggs! Come on, that's just silly. He's not been a top 10 heavy for about a decade - if not longer.

    Rankings wise, I would say:

    1. Fury (Champion)
    2. Klitschko
    3. Povetkin
    4. Wilder
    5. Ortiz
    6. Pulev
    7. Joshua
    8. Parker
    9. Haye
    10. Chagaev (Only because of the technicalities)

H2h would be more difficult to determine.
