on a side note it was strange how pascal never had footing

he also took some clean bombs and never seemed hurt

Watched it sober this time. Hopkins dominated even more than i expected. Pascal had rounds 1, 2, 4 and 12. Hopkins everything else.

    8-4 Hopkins.

For as much as Kellerman gets criticized on this board for his predictions and opinions on fighters, he's the only one on that team with a sense of reason.

While Lamplay excited and ahead of himself without properly analyzing the replays tried to make a case that both those knockdowns were missed calls......Kellerman explained it perfectly why it was for the best that they were'nt called knockdowns even it technically a case could be made that they were.

In the second knockdown Lampley after seeing the replay said, that was a clear knockdown.......Kellerman intervened and said, "I think the momentum of Pascal having missed with his shot carried him to the canvas.
......it was clear as day that was the case.

When it comes to observing the happenings of the action, there is no question in my mind that Kellerman is the one HBO broadcaster that calls it without bias or an agenda driven plan behind his call.

i like merchant and kellerman and i know most hate those 2 the most

kellerman i think is great he calls against the house fighter and puts emotion aside

in my opinion the first should have counted but the 2nd should not have he went down from a miss seconds after the land and he was fine from the punch

Mine was very close to Lederman's, with a possibility of a round swing either way.

I thought B-Hop deserved a knockdown point aswell. Much closer than the HBO boys let on, but ultimately the right guy got the nod.

I think mine looked like that also. I'll score it again later though. I really thought at the beginning of the fight that Pascal was going to win this fight after seeing the first 4 rounds. :nonono

But I thought the same thing in the first fight and Hopkins displayed his ring IQ and won both fights IMO :happy

    Hopkins, 116-112.

I gave Pascal rounds 1 and 2 for being busier and trying to win, BHop just didnt throw or land in these rounds.

I gave Pascal 4 and 12 for damage. He got off well in both rounds and had his opponent in trouble. In everything other round, Hopkins clearly won each of the 4 scoring criteria. He landed more, he landed crisper, he avoided a majority of Pascal's wide swings, and he bullied him around.
