Wlad- Will beat three cans because he can't get anyone to fight him. Towards the end of he year he will acknoweldge that a Haye re-match maybe in the works. Vitali- will retire and pursue politics. Povetkin- will forfeit his paper title and fight a couple of no hopers, maybe even Jason Estrada again and a rematch no one wants. Glazkov- will have 5 fights cancelled but get in a good win, maybe against Sam Peter. Dinu- will fight a couple of high end no hopers. Fury- will beat Coleman Barret and Derrick Chisora again, and a safe European with a good record, but will not fight David Price or sign for a title fight. David Price- will beat Tony Thompson, Danny Williams, and maybe Derrick Chisora. Helenius- I really hate to say this one, but after the Williams fight, none of us will be surprised when he loses to Sprott and retires, acknowledging that after his injuries, he is not the same fighter. Chisora fans will still not acknoweldge that there was an injury. Chisora- will beat a complete bum and lose a rematch to Fury, and go on to lose to Price by brutal second round knockout. His fans will still place him at the top of the heavyweight list, insisting that he is the future. Deontay Wilder- Will fight a 45 year old former middleweight who was decent in the late 90s, a former TV wrestler, and a guy who went 1-2 as an Ultimate Fighter. One of them will knock him down. His fans will continue to insist that he is "slick" and that his critics don't know boxing, and that he is the future. Bryant Jennings- will not step up, but find a couple of impressive sounding but safe opponents, maybe Joe Hanks. His fans will continue to insist that he is the future. Joe Hanks- Will win his big showdown against Richard Carmack, but lose to Bryant Jennings or someone else that he thoguht was beatable. His fans will continue to insist that he is the futurre. Chris Arreola- will get really, really fat and lose a shockingly poor fight to Stiverne for the vacant WBC belt. His fans will continue to insist that he is the future. Bermaine Stiverne- will show up in the shape of this life and win the showdown against grotesquely overweight Arreola, but not fight against until mid 2014. His team will search high and low for a safe opponent, maybe a fellow Canadian for the first ever all-Canada title fight, but due to reverting to poor conditioning, whoever he fights he will lose, even if it is Neven Pajkick or comebacking Donovan Ruddock. Solis- Will compltely disappear...oh wait, he sort of has already. David Haye- Will do a lot of talking and not fight anybody. His fans will claim that he "retired Vitatli Klitschko," and that he is the future. Kubrat Pulev- will continue to shine but will not contend until 2014 Eddie Chambers- will win a cruiser belt and announce at the end of the year that the is re-invading the heavies. Adamek- will continue to decline and get dodgy wins, but at the end of the years his luck will run out and a decision will go against him. Abdulsalamov- will have a couple more fun brawls against guy he really should be putting away more easily, which will ironically establish him as an action fighter and generate interest. Mike Perez- will not fight in 2013. His fans will continue to insist that he is the future. Amir Mansour- will win his next fight and go back to prison. His fans will continue to insist that he is the future. Malik Scott- will beat someone of Cliff Couser level and then not fight again until 2016. His fans will continue to claim that he is the future. Kingpin Johnson- will beat someone that no one has ever heard of. He will return to claiming that he is the future. Dimentrenko- will get knocked out by a gritty mid level guy like Mo Harris or Ding Wilson. Will retire and practice law. Manuel Charr- frustrated by his loss to Vitali and inability to get a reamatch, will really work on improving and become and interesting sleeper fighter. Pianeta will continue to fight super-shot fighters from the past, maybe getting someone of the caliber of Holyfield, Bowe, Golota, Ruddock or Kirk Johnson Boytsov will not fight due to injuries and managerial troubles. His fans will continue to insist that he is the future. Chagaev will have a fight against an undefeated and yet thought to be "safe" opponent and get brutally battered. He will be forced to retire. Oleg Maskaev- will be kncoked cold against Owen Beck. It will be a serious enough that he has to give up any ideas of ever boxing again. Owen Beck- Might translate his knock of Oleg Maskaev into a title shot against Stiverne in 2014 if the promotors do not go witht he all-Canada angle. If he gets the shot, he will win against a woefully out-of-shape Stiverne, becoming the most unlikely champion EVER,BAR NONE. If this does not come about, he will get one more big payday against someone. James Tony- Will beat a bum, claim he is the best and has never legitimatley been beaten, and possibly pull a title shot against Bermain Stiverne in 2014. If he gets the shot, he will win and become the most unikely champion ever, bar none. Arnold Gjerjai will fight someone of note, maybe Tyson Fury, and get brutally stopped. Seth Mitchell will lose his rematch to Banks and drop out for a couple of years. Banks will parlay his wins into being one of the no-hopers Wladdy beats (no disrespect to the man, who is a quality fighter, but really...) Ustinov will plod his way back into contention by overwhelming a coupel of mid level guys with his size. Arture Szpilka- will continue to make steady but unspectacular process. Fujimoto- will beat Haumono and develop a bit of a cult following as a guy who will never be champ, but is a genuine warrior. Leif Larsen- Will win a minor fight before being re-arrested for being a nonce. His fans will continue to insist that he is the future. Andy Ruiz Jr.- will not beat anyone of note, but a growing fan base will proclaim him as the future. George "Monk" Foreman- Will fight a pudgey 210 pound guy with no professional record and a pudgey 205 pound guy who is 0-2. He will win but look like **** against one of them. Fans will continue to insist that he is the future. Richard Towers- will edge out Matt Skelton in a very competative fight. Will not fight again next year as his handlers try to find an impressive looking but safe opponent, and fail. His fans will continue to insist that he is the future. Wladimir Tereshkin- will over the course of two years have a short upswing but eventually be brutallly exposed in a highlight real knockout. Donovan Ruddock- see above. Might fight Bermaine Stiverne or Pianeta. If he fights Stiverne he has a legit shot at being a world champion, or at least the pasrt of the world the WBC covers (thought his would all take place in 2014). If he fights Pianeta, he will lose and queitely pocket his money and re-retire. Sugar Nikolai Valuev will not come back to boxing, but will continue to be a member of Russian parliment, a poet, a Yeti hunter, an actor and an all around awesome guy. And... Though I cannot say who it will be, there will be a super surprise comeback of some sort, be it as Sultan Ibragimov on the low end, Ibeabucci if he gets out of jail...something of this nature.
Eric "Swede Johnsson" will emerge from a lumbercamp in New Brunswick Canada where he is currently regarded as the "Bull of the Woods" and take up boxing for money instead of recreation. The 6'4" 235 pounder will quickly win the East Coast heavyweight title before dismantling the reigning North American champ and sending him to hospital. Then he'll whip the European titleholder in short order before taking on Wladimir Klitschko in a jam-packed arena in Germany.... Happy New Year! ...
Dereck Chisora beats the living **** out of Manuel Charr, confirming him as a can... but gets robbed again on German soil. David Haye wins a somewhat controversial decision over Vitali. Both guys are rocked and hurt in a semi-intersting bout. Tyson Fury TKO's Adamek and wins a comfortable decision over Arreola, cementing his place as a top contender to the Klitschko throne. Helenius wins another controversial decision and contemplates retirement. David Price KO's Tony Thompson and goes back to knocking over cans for the rest of the year.
1) Wlad will beat whoever he fights with ease 2) Charr will TKO Chisora 3) Price will stop Thompson 4)) Fury will continue to avoid Price (and anyone else who can punch) but also repeatedly call Price a bum
Also, Wlad destroys Povetkin in 6 and goes on to beat Pulev and Boystov, thereby having one of his best years to date.
