what punch or punches do you hate being thrown at you in sparring or an actual fight, and why? for me its either unorthodox punches because i haven't seen them very often yet and i choke a little, or a well placed double or triple jab because i always eat at least one of them.
o yea i know, its just a few people in my gym that have a good triple jab and hardly use it. so i never expect it and the third one gets me. it doesnt really bother me, its just annoying as hell ya know? and i usually get something of my own in the exchange so its all good. but usually after they get me with it im a lot more active with head movement so they dont get many more. another punch i dont like is a throat punch, whether its on purpose or an accident. those just suck
Yeah, i'd have to say cross to the bread basket is the worst to get hit by... Than probably an uppercut is the worst to throw..
