We all have our own personal favourites. It's well known that my favourite fighter of all time is Marco Antonio Barrera, just as it's widely known that Floyd Mayweather Jr and Nonito Donaire are Flea Man's favourites. Sometimes however these fighters put in below par performances. Their strengths are negated by awkward opponents. Strong opponents. And, unfortunately for those of us who aren't in love with Ricardo Lopez or Joe Calzaghe, we have to experience them lose at some point or another.

Marco Antonio Barrera is often accused of being an inconsistant performer. He has his losses to Junior Jones and Manny Pacquiao, of course, but he also failed to turn up against less celebrated opposition in Rocky Juarez and Jose Luis Valbuena. All things considered though, losses aside, I've never enjoyed his fight with Eddie Cook. Cook presented a lot of trouble for MAB that night who was unable to get off with his signature combinations or land with any real consistancy. The fight was relatively close before the stoppage eventually came. Cook was a decent scalp at that point in the Mexican's career, but the performance itself? One to forget.

What is your least favourite fight involving your all-time favourite fighter? Perhaps you should consider avoiding the obvious losses and talk about a more obscure fight that some of us may not have seen.

My least favourite Nonito fights is the Concepcion one where he got roughed up and dropped by a jab by an average fighter. Floyds fight Vs De La Hoya bored me to sleep.

Probably Duran-Leonard 2, not because of the result or the natire of it, I love watching Hearns blast out Duran, that's my favourite KO of all time, but the Duran-Leonard 2 fight is really **** to watch imo, bores the **** out of me apart from the action in round 2.

The second Benn - Collins fight. Even worse than the first. Sad to see your heroes fade in front of your eyes.

Starling in his 2nd fight with Floyd Mayweather Sr

Starling seems to have Floyds number on the inside and has no problems getting into Floyds grill and navigating Mayweathers defensive posture into a workable angle with ease whenever he wants, but with bad hands and his usual lackadaisical approach, merely taps him upside the head for most of the fight, a physically shopworn and post-injury Senior throwing the odd flurry, which doesn't do all that much in terms of points-worthy work, and is accompanied by an irritating Devon Alexander-type female Tennis scream.

Starling labours to a decision, and gives away rounds to the occasional flash Floyd combo when Moochy is basically chillin' on his chest.

    Langford Fulton.

Seeing, a shot version of (arguably) the greatest fighter of all time, battered into brain damage by a footnote.

As a final insult, the fight is often held up as evidence that he would always have had problems, with that type of fighter!

Pete Whitaker against Anthony Jones. A very pedestrian performance from Pete.

Not debating how good it was on an effective level, you asked on least favourite, meaning was it aesthetically appealing to me, the answer is no, it bores the **** out of me.

I won't go for Chang-Kittikasem as he was past prime, in with a banger (and a good fighter) and put in a good performance before getting caught late, so instead I'll nominate his second fight with German Torres.

    Chang at his worst IMO.

Against Gonzalez the younger man managed to land better leather on A past-it Vhang who could push him back and get on the inside but lacked the speed to get his shots off first and lacked the foltspeed to stick and move, and he got battered. No shake, Chiquita was a very good light fly. Don't mind his later career losses.
