    1. Pacquiao
    2. Floyd/Martinez
    3. Martinez/Floyd

By far, Pacquiao is what you would envision as a P4P king. Coming from flyweight all the way up to the junior middleweight division would be the foremost example of what it means to be P4P.

After that, Martinez and Floyd can duke it out.

honestly ppl cnt rank fighters anymore
    1.Floyd Jr.
    2.Martinez
    3.???

now I don't rank Manny becuz he hasn't fought anyone that was ranked P4P since Cotto and he shouldn't have been on the list after the Margarito ass whopping...Floyd has fought twice since his comeback and both guys were top 5 P4P opponents

and will somebody tell me how Manny is #1 WW in the world when he just beat a fighter that wasn't even ranked? And Floyd Jr just beat the lineal champ

I wouldnt put FM in the top 10. He hasnt fought in ages, keeps talking about retirement and has no plans to fight in the near future.

Mayweather is the definition of a P4P king...
By the year, where they rank P4P according to The Ring:
    1998: Mayweather, #8
    1999: Mayweather, #2
    2000: Mayweather, #7
    2001: Mayweather, #5
    2002: Mayweather, #8
    2003: Mayweather, #5, Pacquiao, #6
    2004: Mayweather, #2, Pacquiao, #5
    2005: Mayweather, #1, Pacquiao, #5
    2006: Mayweather, #1, Pacquiao, #2
    2007: Mayweather, #1, Pacquiao, #2
    2008: Pacquiao, #1
    2009: Pacquiao, #1, Mayweather, #2

It's pretty undeniable who the better all time fighter is.

The only reason Mosley was ranked when he fought Mayweather was because he didnt fight for over a year, thus he didnt have the chance to look as **** as he did against Mayweather, before he fought Mayweather.

As for JMM being ranked P4P. Come on man, Marquez is a lightweight tops.

I can understand you criticising Pacquiao's fighting Margarito, but other than that he has faced Hatton, the champion at light welter, at light welter, Cotto and Clottey (both top 5 welters).

Pacquiao is the almost universally accepted p4p no.1 for those reasons.

so martinez and floyd are now neck and neck in the p4p rankings at number 2? if floyd would still won't fight next year and martinez continues his dominance, he might be a clear #2 by next year or might even be #1.

    1. Pac
    2. Floyd *
    3. Sergio Martinez
    4. Andre Ward
    5. Vitali Klitschko

*If Floyd doesn't announce a fight by the end of February 2011, he drops down at least one place on my list.
