    You either have it or you don't,If you don't have it naturally then you must train for it even then you may only be a average hitter.

    Hearns had late muscle development(19 he started seeing muscles) even with all the boxing training he did(didn't touch weights until the end of his career).But then you have Tyson,who had early muscle development was a power puncher from the word go.
