You have rigo at 3. I'd say Wlad at 2 is far more reasonable.

Thanks. Looks pretty similar to yours. I tend to think Marquez deserves to be ahead of Pacquiao based on me scoring the third fight 8-4 for him. Thought that was a clear victory. I'm also tempted to bump Martinez down even further since he thoroughly unimpressed me against Barker and Macklin (I think I had the Barker fight even before the KO and I had him losing a decent number of rounds against Macklin). If we are going purely on ability, I think Dawson is a better southpaw fighter than Martinez. Donaire hasn't been impressing me either lately, so I thought about putting Ward ahead of him on overall skill and H2H ability, but Donaire's resume from 112-122 has been pretty impressive overall and he has more little resume fillers than Ward does.

I want to throw Anselmo Moreno, Roman Gonzalez, and Miguel Cotto in there somewhere but I just can't at the moment. But come May 6th, Cotto will be well outside the top 10, unless Mayweather's reflexes and speed have dropped a lot and Cotto fights the fight of his life.
