Your personal fav three heavyweights of all-time

Easy.

Golota was the one boxer I became interested in who helped me make the transition from casual fan into a die hard fan.

The first fight I ever saw was Hagler-Hearns when I was young (9 years old). After that, I used to watch boxing here and there. During the 80s, I mostly followed Tyson, I remember Hagler-Leonard, and throughout the early 90s, I had some idea what was going on in the heavyweight division but did not much care for anything else. I thought the Bowe-Holyfield fights were magnificent, and I followed the sport like a casual fan would.

I saw Golota fight Doc Nicholson on HBO's Night of the Young Heavyweights, and was happy to see a Polish heavyweight with decent skills.

Then came the Bowe fights.

After those, I more or less watched as much boxing as I could whenever I could.

For that reason, Golota is my personal favorite.
