    I had clottey winning a razor sharp decision 114-113, unlike most. post yours.

    114-113 Cotto

    The first round was the major difference. I had Clottey edging the first barely until the KD punch and it went from a 10-9 Clottey to 10-8 Cotto. If that punch never landed Clottey would of won the fight 115-113.

    been awhile, but i think i had cotto by one...although i remember thinking how clottey gave cotto the win by, well being clottey

    Same here. I give Cotto a lot of credit for battling that early cut. However, the fight was there for Clottey to take, but he let Cotto steal it.

    guys it wasn't like cotto was winning the first round up to that point, in my opinion it was clottey's round up to that knockdown so it should be scored like a regular 10-9 cotto round

    One point for Cotto. I would not have argued with a Clottey win. A very close fight.

    Clottey wasnt exactly dominating the round and the KD was clean. If a fighter is winning 2:30 seconds of a round but gets badly hurt at the end of it are you still going to score it 10-9 for the guy who was hurt?

    Cotto won that fight twice. Not only by close 12 rd decision, but even before when he could've let it go to the judges with the cut, he was CLEARLY ahead by then!!! Cotto is a warrior and a very respectful to the fans at that. A lot of other fighters would've gone to the cards in his situation and win an easy early decision.... he wanted to give his all to the fans.
