Was a poor performance from pacman but I do no feel this fight was a robbery. Could of gone either way, I feel a draw would of been fairer. A bad decision, maybe but a robbery - no ****ing way!
Was more the near flawless performance of JMM than a bad Pac performance Simona. Marquez had his number, fought well on the backfoot and comfortably won. Can't believe they can rob a man like that. Apparently he was due a healthy pay rise if he won, in a rematch clause. Semething like 10 million (he made 6 tonight). Awful if you think of it that way.
I had it 114-114 on my card and I scored both the first two fights to Pacquiao. I still don't think Marquez did enough really to win though. 11-1? **** off 1. Pacquiao 2. Marquez 3. Pacquiao 4. Pacquiao 5. Marquez 6. Pacquiao 7. Marquez 8. Marquez 9. Pacquiao 10. Marquez 11. Marquez 12. Pacquiao I love Juan Manuel Marquez but I think you're living in dream land if you think you can back off for 30 of 36 minutes, barely outlanding the favourite and then expect to win and cry robbery.
8 - 4 JMM I gave pac the 1st and 6th, I think the 9th as well. Can't remember which but also one of the final 3 rounds.
And Pacqiaou did? It's ****ing bull**** and u know it. Marquez won that fight, and I've not even seen it yet lol
:good Seen a few people on here claim JMM didn't do enough to win. How the **** did Pac do enough to warrant a 116-112 decision on one card. It was absolutely shocking. Everyone around Pac knew he lost... you can't argue with that. Something has got to be done about it, just a shame it won't.
I really can't see how a case can be made for Manny to win that fight. There were some close rounds but to me on the rare occasions that he did land anything of note (mainly single shots) Marquez would come back with scoring combinations. Now I'm not saying that Marquez battered Pacquiao because he didn't but he controlled the distance of fight off the back foot and seemed to be able to land the right hand and counter at will. I'm a massive fan of both fighters so there is no biased here. 116-112 but wouldn't argue if it was slightly wider for Marquez. You could see in each fighters reaction at the end of the fight who the winner was. Marquez with his hand in the air and Pacquiao shaking his head.
The lol at the end doesn't save you losing all credibility. I had it to JMM 116-112. As I did the 2nd fight (minus the knockdown)
118-110 Marquez. Marquez scored the cleaner, more effective punches. I had a bet on Pac so wasn't really showing any bias towards Marquez in the fight- just thought he deserved it!
