    8-4 Duran with 3 rounds Even
    This one goes into the same category as Duran/Hagler for me. Duran didnt come within a point of Hagler imo. Hagler won by at least 3 points.

    In Montreal Duran dominated the fight. There was never one moment that Duran didnt have control of the fight. Leonard being in his defacto hometown may have been a reason the judges had it so tight.

    Exactly as I would score it--(eerily similar to FOTC-which I also scored 8-6-1 in favor of "Smokin Joe.")

    Duran 145-141 Leonard

    I think Duran broke the back of the fight in the mid-to-late rounds to build up enough of a lead that the late Leonard rally wasn’t enough to have an effect on the outcome.
