Panama Lewis is a known cheat. He got banned in boxing which is hard .
Whether you what to hold that against Pryor is up to you.
He might be completely innocent and not know a thing. Or knew Lewis's personality and how he works might of had an idea. Who knows?
One thing is sure, Lewis is trash.

Plus during the 2nd fight , what did Arguello have in hias corner.

 

What ever was in that bottle was still in Aarons stomach when Alexis crumbled to the canvas..Arguello simply couldn't beat Pryor and this was emphasized in the second fight which was a worse beating.

 

Either way, if it were that easy, I feel like we'd see it done a lot more often. Guys busted for asthma medication would be more of a thing.

This is unfair to say. You never know if it helped his stamina. That's why you don't cheat. There's an instant asterisk if you do, unless you wanna play dumb.
Second fight is an entirely different matter.

 

It sucks for Pryor if he legit didn't know about it, but I strongly feel there was cheating going on there. I have a hard time seeing so many fans gloss over it when they rank Prior just because they like that he was a warrior. Honestly, that he's American also got him a big pass.
