    This explains the Hopkins bias that we deal with on a daily basis.:yep :good

    At least we can team up on these bums who claim Joy Boy is superior to Whitaker. Whitaker got me into boxing.

    My Hopkins bias is a needed evil as of late....

    :lol:

    My dad actually got me into boxing when I was too young to even appreciate it. Whitkaker made me fall in love with the sport.

    Interesting, I think 'Sweet Pea' also got into boxing because of Whitaker. Quite a start, such a supernatural genius being invigorating to us as an entrance to boxing and no wonder Joy Boy isn't impressive to any of us lately.:yep

    I wonder if anybody here has ever met Pernell.
