If you have a look on the thread "your top 10 favourite fighters of all-time" you'll see the fighters who I admire the most.

I do like some punchers and sluggers. Duran happens to be my favourite fighter of all time. However, he was one of the best defensive fighters ever for being so aggressive. A prime example; his fight with Hagler. Underrated defensively, if your not familiar and knowledgeable on his career. A very smart fighter indeed.

Mundine= Rude little joke of a fighter. Sexist, bigoted wanker who some how has convinced Aussies that he is a elite fighter.

Hamed= Ignorant **** who thought he didnt need Brendon Ingle, looks like he did now though.

Johnny Nelson= Boring, but honest and slightly underated.

Audley Harrison= 230 pounds of roaring ineptitude.

James Toney= Crass, egotist who marched through the weight classes by eating as much fried chicken as he could. Overated and a gated community Ghetto warrior.

And just to add on the above. Hagler v Leonard turned out to be anything but a war, as you probably well know. Tactical blunder by Hagler over the first 4 rounds. If he egnited the flame earlier, it could well have been the type of fight he craved.

True, but Sugar ray throwing **** for 45 seconds a round doesnt equate to dominating rounds. Its like Chelsea playing constructive football for 70 mins, and Wigan playing long ball for 10-15 mins.

Leonard won the fight IMO. And for you to say Leonard was throwing **** for only 45 seconds a round, utter nonsense. His workate wasn't quite like Calzaghe's against Lacy, but he was more effective than Hagler. He won more rounds, and you win the fight when that happens.

I love when hagler says something to the effect of 'im feeding the.. something.. and starving the doubt

points to his hat (your pic) and says thats whats on my mind... war..

and says he would chop his pinky off (takling about hearns postponing fight because of his pinky)

that hagler... god i would not want to fight that man.. lol

Didn't he get done for assaulting his g/f a few years back?

I think Merchant made reference to it during one his fights as well
