    If the reasons you left out Froch were to be applied to Trout, Alvarez and Broner then logically they should be left out as well. your p4p list is a bit too HBO like for me, you've just got the hype jobs a bit higher up!

    Forgot all about Gamboa. Wouldn't put him in top 10 p4p personally....but I do like watching his fights, they're chaos.

    'Limped through' the fight with Glen Johnson?

    Are you suffering from the same ******ation as the judge that scored it a draw?

    Or do you just view official scores rather than actually watch the fight?

    And I enjoy watching most fighters at top level who don't spoil

    Twas a close fight. Froch fan or not. Froch has scraped through some fights, even the biggest Froch fanboy alive cannot deny that.

    Barely got past Taylor
    Barely got past Johnson
    I've spoke to people who thought Dirrell won

    Kessler fight was a close fight, I admit. I've spoke to people who thought Froch won. Just to balance it out a bit. :good

    What do you want me to say though? Froch has destroyed everything in his path and not lost a single round in the process?

    At this level Froch has only obliterated two opponents. Bute and Abraham, Abraham he lit up all night. Bute he destroyed.

    I aint counting Mack. He never belonged at this level. :scaredas:

    Yea I am a Froch fan and no I don't think he won the Kessler fight.

    But in no way was the Johnson fight close, and to say he scraped by is a joke.

    Johnson looked like he had been brought in for sparring with Froch.

    In no way was it close.

    In your opinion thats fine mate. Plenty of people think it was a close fight. Closer than it should of been for Carl who was fighting a 42 year old road warrior. :good

    To be honest only in Frank VVarren's propaganda riddled article have I seen anyone call it close.

    Even Johnson's team after the fight (Not Johnson but deffo remember his promoter) said that they were mystified with the judge giving johnson a draw.

    It just seems to me that a few people have repeated that he struggled to get passed Johnson and now history has been re-written.

    Just for me go back and watch it again and let me know how it was a struggle. I can remember twice Johnson landing that overhand right but that was about it.

    I'll try and watch it again over the weekend bud. It might just be me, it was couple years ago, but I can remember it being a close-ish fight, and one that Carl didnt look brilliant in. A lot of people say that was the last time Glen Johnson looked good, and I actually predicted he would KO Groves, mainly of that back of that Froch fight. But people were right, Glen was finished a few fights before Groves, and didnt want it anymore.

    I will watch it again to make sure I'm clear but I remember it being anything but a close fight.

    Not saying Carl anhialated him but it wasn't close.

    I will have a look over the weekend, probably while waiting for the Donaire Rigo battle.

    Johnson made Froch work in that fight but it wasn't close and Froch certainly didn't scrape through. Froch made sure he had the last word in the exchanges when Johnson tried to bully him. It was a clear win for Froch.

    Even the criteria for what amount to a P4P list is subjective.
    Some base it purely on fighters past performances. Some only take into account his last few fights, others go back years.
    Personally I look at P4P in it's crudest form and judge would be the better fighter if they all happened to be the same size and fought right now.

    Is Donaire still top 10 now? :hey

    Plenty clued up fight fans will argue he was and deserved to be before last nights fight, but has he now been replaced with Rigondeaux, a fighter who has only had 12 pro-fights?

    After the "abuse" I received for NOT including Donaire in my top 10, this debate is well timed, does a fighter, who has only fought 12 times in the pro-ranks, go straight into top 10 P4P after yesterdays win?

    Is it a case where Donaire keeps his spot on merit before last nights fight, or does Donaire drop out completely? Does Rigondeaux come in, or does Donaire just drop out?
