lets be real here. All them places you mentioned have plenty of fighters above the midget weights but they are almost all useless in any weights above that. They do well in the midget weight because there is less strong competition and less number of fighters, and lot's of belts every measly 4lbs.

Pretty much on the money for me. McDonnell being #1 is just a technicality I'm guessing?

Funny how Taguchi was getting around 3,000,0000 viewers when Wilder, a Heavyweight was celebrated for doing just over 1,000,000 recently...and Taguchi was the less well seen of the top Japanese little men... Damn I guess "most" boxing fans don't care about Heavyweight either...or you just don't have a clue about the viewer bases of the little fighters

God I need to go to bed, so here's just a rough (and I man VERY rough, 2 minute throw away job) P4P top 10
    1-Inoue
    2-Vargas
    3-Srisaket
    4-Nietes
    5-Tete
    6-Estrada
    7-Taguchi
    8-McDonell
    9-Burnett
    10-Higa

Others in the mix (no order at all)-
Kyoguchi (for my money the best at 105lbs)
    Ken Shiro
    Ganigan Lopez
    Kosei Tanaka
Felix Alvarado (TBH he might be the darkest horse in these lower weight classes)
    Jerwin Ancajas
    Liborio Solis
    Angel Acosta
    Roman Gonzalez
    Daniel Roman
    Isaac Dogboe
    Wanheng Menayothin
    Knockout CP Freshmart
    Byron Rojas
    Kal Yafai

Ones who COULD make a mark by the end of 2018
    Reiya Konishi
    Masataka Taniguchi
Ryota Yamauchi (Maybe 2019...but **** this kid is going far!)
    Mark Barriga
    Tsubasa Koura
    Junto Nakatani
    Hinata Maruta
    Diego De La Hoya
Marlon Tapales (here on the basis of his weight move, criminally under-rated when he was at 118)
    Takuma Inoue
Mikhail Aloyan (could be on here or off, he's not as magical as I expected him to be...but you can't write him off given his competition so far)
    Andre Moloney
    Jason Moloney

Again could make these lists bigger if it wasn't for the fact my bed is calling! So much talent down there, and 108lbs is, for my money, the best division in the sport today.

Not Pound for Pound Top Ten material

    Ducked Undefeated Ali Raymi twice
Defeated by great but past his prime Thai Champion twice
Never tried to push for an Inoue fight

Daigo Higa resume looks very impressive, KTFO anybody they faced is the epitome of impressive resume.

To Descredit Higa you need to bring in negative subjective thinkers...At Face Value Higa is Perfect
