Higa is in my top 3 favourite fighters, I just want to see him pick up a big win against nietes or someone or unify the division. I could have put him in but want to see a slightly better resume in terms of names and not just ko’s before I put him in my top 10, I picked 10 spots for the people on the outside to keep it organised as well

When a fighter is world ranked and has a 100 percent KO ratio he is the real deal...

When a fighter is a world champion and has a 100 percent KO ratio you are looking at a potential ATG, always rank them generously, those type of fighters can only be stopped by the Ricardo Lopez, SRL or Muhammad Ali type of fighters.

Higa is challenging Edwin Valero ATG status, holding that 100 percent KO ratio in one hand and the WBC in the other. Very good stuff a unification will be impressive

IMHO a KO win vs Donnie Nietes put Daigo Higa as the number one Pound for Pound fighter, much more better than the weight class jumping and cherry picking.

Donnie Nietes had bad luck picking up that split decision loss in Jakarta, so people look at the loss and think, oh he is not as good as the other undefeated guys.

In reality Donnie Nietes is Daigo Higa only problem

Also big credit for Donnie Nietes gets in the Top Pound for Pound upper echelon if he convincingly beats Daigo Higa, Nietes as usual will not get full credit for a very dangerous fight
