So what do Penn's losses say about him? He's a complete and utter frontrunner? Whenever push comes to shove poor old Baby Jay just can't dig deep enough to win a fight. Everytime he's in a competitive fight it ends with him dick-tucking, looking very deflated, and ultimately losing. He could learn a bit from Edgar... Speaking of "disgraceful", what of his constant excuse making? "I broke my rib", "My sinus infection", "It was the grease, THE GREASE I say!". My God, his whole family had came to the NSAC hearing to bat for him when he lost the second fight to GSP. Funny how before the fight it was "To the death Georges, to the death" and afterwards it was "Why could my son not defend himself?" Joe Rogan joked about the Grease conspiracy in his recent video with GSP. He said (during training) "there's GSP grease everywhere. GSP exudes a natural grease." It was quick but funny.
Gonna bump this thread and see if anyone has altered the consensus opinions of 5 years ago. I never really appreciated how young the sport was before so I understand why top ten lists are pointless. But how about this: Top 3 per weight class, not including anyone who's currently in their prime (thus can have their legacy detracted from)
