    SRL - JCC - RJJ

Tyson, PBF, Pac, Duran, Hearns... there have been some pretty awesome fighters since then, but those are my top 3

FAVORITE 3 would have to be MAB, EM, JCC with Pac and JMM coming up close behind. This FW era just blew my mind. Sucks that it's all but over. I was always a big Angel Manfredy fan too, for some reason... back in the 'El Diablo' days.

Yes but it meant... which fighters do YOU think were the BEST, not which fighters were your fav`s.

Solid ****in' list, except no Holmes to me - will replace Holmes to Hearns. I hope it's not in that order, because ill probably put hagler as 9th or 10th. Also thinking of replacing Lewis to RJJ, but i reckon at this point Lewis history-wise should be higher.

    :good Good call Bill!!

Those three were great to watch and are undoubtedly ATG's, but my personal favourite three (to watch) are:

Thomas Hearns (You just never knew what was gonna happen in his fights)
Ray Leonard (A wonderfully talented fighter and great to watch)
Mike Tyson (In his prime, he was an awesome sight).

There have been many fighters who I have enjoyed watching over the past 20 years. I guess it could have been "Top 20" rather than "Top 3" Bill mate:)

Whoops!! just realised, you were asking "Top 3 since 1980""!! Typical thick Geordie eh?:).

    Okay, here goes:

    1. Ray Leonard.
    2. Roberto Duran.
    3. Julio Ceasar Chavez.

Numbers one and two were quite simple. Third place (Imo) was rather difficult, so many worthy contenders!!
Of course, it is only an opinion and I wont argue with anyone else's!:).

    5. Hagler
    6. Pacquiao
    7. Jones
    8. Hearns
