Goossen is not making offers to anybody. The way Ward puts it, fights can't be made unless THEY receive offers, which hasn't happened with good reason - who in the world feels they're a bigger draw than Ward? That's what you need to make an offer. You don't make an offer to a bigger draw. The bigger draw is to make offers to lower profile guys, that's how business works. Do you really see low key promoters offering 350K to Ward?

Kovalev, GGG, and toss up between Wlad/Pulev. No top contender wants to face Wlad unless a big payday is on the line.... Most are playing the waiting game and praying to god that he retires soon.
