    Yes they had better title reigns no doubt.

    But I don’t think they are better overall in terms of ability.
    I think that Toney of 2004-2005 would beat Ruiz, Byrd, Chagaev and Brewster, so I put him ahead of them.

    Jones jr. is more of question mark but I think version of him who fight Ruiz, was indeed better than Byrd, Chagaev and many other champs in this decade.

    If I would list top-5 most successful champions of this decade they wouldn’t be in it.

    ...except I dont think Toney was an actual champion considering his bout with Ruiz was a No Contest, so that disqualifies him.
    ..and as for Jones, I doubt he would fight any other heavyweights let alone make a single defense.

    i know, i know ruiz sucked. BUT he took on everyone and one way or another, beat most of them. based on resume i have to put him in at 5 :oops:
