    money is at heavy
    he is injured at the moment / but IMO he is a very good fighter and will make a name for himself at heavy.
    but you are correct he is currently fighting at below 200lb

    I agree he looks like a good prospect but he hasn't beaten anyone on the radar yet, so I have him at 6.

    You fight someone in the top 50, especially an older fighter, and you're no longer a prospect, you're a contender. Even apart from that, if your resume is done in such an impressive way as to have many people legitimately put you in the top 10-15, you are no longer a prospect, you are a contender. In Parker's case, both are true several times over. He's a clear contender.
