    Actually de la hoya was not the man at 154, he was only ranked number 3 at 154 and that was even behind the great cory spinks and karzazin. This was in 2007. Floyd called out mosley after vargas and would have only given mosley a couple of months to drop a division and fight him for a fight in early november. Perfect for floyd but not for mosley.
