Fights that could have happened between boxers, but for one reason or another never did. Matches that happened pre-prime/post prime, are not eligible, they must be matches that never happened at any stage.
    Here we go.

    Dempsey v Wills
    Lewis v Bowe
    Conteh v Galindez
    Nelson v McGuigan
    Burley v Robinson
    Pedroza v Sanchez
    Tyson v Tua
    Kovalev v Stevenson
    Duran v Pryor
    Duran v Arguello
    Hearns v McCallum

You can't have Lewis v Vitali.

"they must be matches that never happened at any stage."

You cant have Johnson v Jeffries.

"Matches that happened pre-prime/post prime, are not eligible, they must be matches that never happened at any stage."
That's three posts I have pointed this out to.
There seems a marked lack of reading comprehension here today!

Ah, yes, I missed that bit, oops. Alright I'll replace Lewis vs Vitali with McGregor vs Malignaggi.

Marquez-Morales (surprised nobody mentioned this yet)

Jofre-Olivares in the 70s (neither as great as at bantam but would have been fun and was close to happening)

    Trinidad-Mosley (when both were unbeaten)

    Trinidad-Quartey (same)

Toney-Hopkins (was supposed to happen at 190 before Hopkins ducked it and Toney went to Heavyweight)

    Toney-Tarver

    Sanchez-Pedroza

    Famechon-Winstone

    Tiger-Rodriguez

    Ortiz-Napoles (at 135 or 140)

Patterson vs Charles is on my dream fight list, I’m just not sure it was ever a viable option? What year would you envision this happening?

53-54 seems to early for Floyd and 55-56 seems to late for Charles?
