Thanks man! I tried to strike a balance between the old timers and more modern fighters.

My top 20 looks like this

    1. Sugar Ray Robinson
    2. Sugar Ray Leonard
    3. Jose Napoles
    4. Henry Armstrong
    5. Kid Gavilan
    6. Joe Walcott
    7. Jack Britton
    8. Emile Griffith
    9. Luis Rodriguez
    10. Mickey Walker
    11. Barney Ross
    12. Jimmy McLarnin
    13. Tommy Hearns
    14. Tommy Ryan
    15. Felix Trinidad
    16. Ted Kid Lewis
    17. Pernell Whitaker
    18. Carmen Basilio
    19. Curtis Cokes
    20. Roberto Duran

I scored Rodriguez 4-0 against Griffith and consider him the better fighter though but for the rankings I am fine with Griffith ahead just about.

Curtis Cokes is overrated, and I can't think of any reason to justify him ranking above Trinidad, or any reason to put him on the list in general.

Cokes shouldn't be above Curry either.

    Who did Cokes beat?

He'll always be best known for getting thrashed by Napoles.

He doesn't belong in the HOF either.

He won a series against Luis Rodriguez. 2-1. The footage of those fights haven’t emerged and I’ve heard the first fight was razor thin (controversial even) but he did get a stoppage in fight III and Rodriguez was an incredible fighter.

I do agree with the sentiment that he can’t rank ahead of Trinidad at 147 though.
