Ah, that would explain why Armstrong's #1. Makes sense though, considering his actual weight for most of his success at higher weight classes.
When you say best featherweight I take it to mean- Best fighter who was at that weight for a significant portion of their career. I do not reward champions who wont step up at the expense of those that will.
