    My list would look pretty much the same good list.

    But i would probably put Pernell Whitaker 10

    What kind of reasoning is there for Hearns being ranked above Leonard? They fought at 147, and Hearns was the one who got knocked out.

    Ranking hearns over robinson and leonard, i can see no feasible reason for that. Robinson is pretty clearly the best welter ever, leonard second IMO
