    Spot on Jack.

I noticed this before the Ponce de leone fight, I think Gamboa could do with learning a thing or two from Juan's tactics. His power in both hands is superb and like you say he rarely hits mid air.

I'll be rooting for him all the way, 100%. Multiple weight champion in the making.

I have to say, I was a big fan of Robin Reid despite a lot hating him. Superb talent, ust one of those fighters that didn't get as much done as he could have. In saying that, he still was a legit world champion and that should never be sniffed at. The Calzaghe fight was harsh, and we dont need to talk about the Ottke fight. If the Sven fight went differently at least, he would have been a unified and more.

That would take the wind out of anyone.

I suppose i should say that althoughthe Irish fighters arent my favourite, if even McBride is fighting in the morning id shout for him. I couldnt shout for another fighter over an Irishman

Id love to see Hatton v McCloskey in 18 months time, though itl never happen for so many reasons!

Dunne is probably a bit low on my list but im working him back up, the way hes conducting himself is better than i first thought he would.
    Going to his next fight?

    Alright Dunk!

This is gonna sound tacky, but i will say it all the same, I'm a fan of boxing rather than boxers. I will support any british fighter against a foreigner (yes a Scotsman too ;) , even Ricky Hatton FFS). I find once you start to follow a particular sportsman, you begin to dislike their personality (Hatton is a fine example of this).

Well, as its kinda known here by now I support all scottish fighters equally, I cheer them all on, celebrate when when they win, & hurt like hell when they lose. However, I always had my 'king of scots' & that was Scotty Harrison. Since he went off the rails though No scottish fighter has ever truly taken his place on my big scottish throne. Arthur was close, but when the Guzman fight fell through so did Arthurs plce at the top of my personal favourite fighter list. Its wide open now, just like it has been since Scotty 'retired'

Favourite overseas fighter? Pacquiao. People dont realise it here, but hes probably the greatest fighter any of us will ever see in our lifetime. Hes that good. One look at his resume should tell people that Pac is utterly special. Mayweather ran him close, but ducking a Cotto fight & retiring on a Ricky Hatton win left a sour taste in my mouth, as it has most others. he ducked the one challenge that could have turned him into a stick on P4P legend, one of the greatest fighters of anyones lifetime & maybe the greatest of all time & pushed even Pacs achievements into the background. lets hope Floyd does another U-Turn, comes out of retirement & beats Cotto & takes his place alongside SRR as the greatest fighters in history.

Damn Im waffling again, so straight to the point.

    1. All scottish fighters equally until one does something special to finally push Scotty Harrison off his perch.

    2. Manny Pacquiao. Would have been Mayweather if only he fought Cotto instead of going out on a relative low against Hatton. Theres still hope though that Floyds bluffing. isnt there?

Even though all your doing is just naming your two currrent favourite fighters, you still had to get a dig in (several times) at Hatton, didn't yer. Sad.

To be honest I think you are going out of your way to construe that post as a dig at an enlgish fighter. It all seems fairly above board and plain to me. The man was stating his preferences in fighters and nothing more.
