Willard was more durable than Carnera
Cleveland Williams hit harder than Lou Nova .
Max Baer was scared to death when he went into the ring with Joe Louis.

Muhammad Ali make some fighters great by struggling against them norton is good fighter at best shouldnt be never in Hall of fame Joe frazier is not ATG and has thiny resume Lewis resume is not that impressive Bowe beat prime Lewis Ali calling himself the greatest played a part in this brainwashing People who rate Frazier a top 5 HW and Norton a top 15 HW are the biggest Ali huggers alive. It's as if to them the man couldn't get his ass beat unless the other guy was also one of the very greatest

But is Wilfredo Gomez really a stronger puncher than Bob Foster and Joe Louis? Him and Jamie Garza would have been a tremendous fight while it lasted.

I still stick by my Archie Moore beats Evander Holyfield.

I’ll add I don’t think Norton was nearly as good as he’s made out to be. Especially when his record is broken down. I’ve gotten a lot of heat on this topic but besides giving the Ali/Holmes style a problem his resume is rather thin.

I’d say that’s very plausible. In terms of smarts Archie has three times the boxing IQ.

Pretty ironic was Ali's racism, being half Irish as he was.

That there should be as many categories as possible, and as many belts as possible. And to have more sub-belts within those belts.

80s heavyweights are on similar levels with 70s heavyweights at their best 80s heavyweights are Most skilled HWS
Ali would have trouble with skilled fighters Deontay Wilder not a HOF
Holyfield would beat Foreman from 1974 still

Randy Shields deserved an immediate rematch with Pipino Cuevas..look at the vid of their contest and tell me that Randy didn't defeat Pipino...but got screwed over by tbe judges and possibly the promoter too. Watch the last couple of rounds partiularly...he was really laying it on Cuevas....and after the bell the Mexican looked like a wreck.

Canelo Alvarez never benefitted from an unfair decision.
