I was a big boxing fan about 2 years ago. Right now I have hardly watched boxing at all. I stopped watching mainly because fights that we wanted to see never came into to us. Mayweather/Cotto, Pacquiao/Marquez 2, Wlad/Haye, or Dawson/Hopkins. These are fights I wanted to see. Now that Pacquiao and Mayweather are not going to fight it puts boxing back to a sport in trouble in terms of popularity. The Pacquiao/Mayweather fight could have saved boxing in my opinion or at least put it back on the map. How do you view boxing now?

As sad as it is, fighters need to recognize that promoters dont want to work with each other. They need to stay on a fight by fight basis with promoters and keep themselves free agents, or else we are going to continue seeing big fights fall apart.

The fight to save boxing became the fight that is killing boxing.
