I'm from Romania we don't have alot of pro-fighters but here is a top 5:

Mihai Leu won a world title at pros but he is known as Michael Loewe because he was fighting out of Germany. We have Alejandro Lakatus fighting Nathan Cleverly next but he is living in Spain now and fights for Spain.
And the best romanian boxer for me is Francisc Vastag, i don't think you heard about him , he never turned pro but as an amateur won 3 times the World championship, 2 times the European, he had 385 wins and 17 loses.

 

A lot of British fighters are over-protected hype jobs, so this is a difficult list to compile, but I genuinely like from the modern era...
