Medina is bossing Tapia some. Coming forward, hooking hard, catching Tapia in the lip. Tapia in the corner again.

Farhood says Medina got KD by a jab in an earlier round (probably 3rd?) and way down on points, which is why he's aggressive now.

Round 5

Tapia back in the driver's seat now. Stream working. All right with the world.

Tapia using his jab well, keeping Medina at bay. Medina does menace him briefly into a corner but Tapia jabs his way out before he can start receiving punches. Good jabs here, could be a little stiffer. Tapia with a very light touch on the jab. Tapia just cruising a little, taking it easy. Sparring session feel. Medina wading forward throwing short punches but landing nothing as Tapia takes relaxed strides backward.

 

Yeah, they probably just don't realize how many of us really appreciate them.

Round 6

Tapia doubling his jab but still not putting much zing in it. Medina is chopping his way inside, jabbing to the body. Tapia is landing his jab from outside and then ducking when Medina tries to run in past it. Jab & duck, that's Tapia's MO here. Not exactly blowing people away. Come on, Glen. You're a hot prospect. People ARE actually watching you right now, around the world. He might just not know.

Very casual pace in the last minute. A few brief exchanges, nothing too hot and heavy. Uppercut by Tapia to close it out after a big (but empty) combo from Medina.

 

They found a way to cobble together some HL to make this look much better than it was.
