    Asi es mi Compay!!!

Wow, Gamboa and Pedro Diaz would be a great combination!!! It was a good win, next fight should be better. I agree Yuriorkis has the the skills and tools to beat Broner, but he needs to get a couple more fight to get his timing back up. Maybe fight some guys like Dibb or Uchiyama who employ movement in their fight game to start preparing for Broner.

I'll grade him with a B-. The grading is pretty steep on him because he was performing very well before the contract issues. But he got 12 rounds in, which could have taken several fights. If he took the guy out in 1 round, then it'd be tough to gague where he really is. It doesn't matter what sport you're in, but if you're on the shelf for over a year, it's going to take some time to get back to your highest level.

Solid B,I though it was good ok performance for a guy 15 month layoff & first fight @ 130lb against a solid fighter in Farenas.I like gamboa & told people it wasn't going to be cake walk like everybody expected.Gamboa showed good better chin than before & heart. His flaws like you pointed out are over confidence,Hands down.He can't be doing that against great elite fighters like Marquez. Not that he would ever fight him but you get my point against other solid accurate counter punchers.I think 135lb his limit but he need 2-3 more solid fights at 130/135lbs to fix his errors before he fights broner,he can definitely beat him though he's legitimate threat & it's a big fight as well.50-50 or 55-45 for either fighter very interesting fight & demand is growing rapidly let it marinate for a while, but not too long.
