Hey MrPR! Did it ever possibly dawn on you that maybe the reason Guerrero looked so bad against a so-called Z-level fighter in Kamegai last Saturday night worst than his May, 2013 fight against still A-plus level/the #1 P.F.P.'er in Mayweather was because Mayweather beat Guerrero first and the way that "Money" Mayweather both mentally and physically issued the decisive butt whooping on Guerrero was the reason why "The Ghost" looked so bad against Kamegai, which simply puts Guerrero in a fairly long line of Mayweather opponents whose mind and skill sets are almost not the same for a while if ever after losing to Floyd Mayweather Jr.

    Arturo Gatti
    Angel manfredy
    Shane Mosley
    Victor Ortiz
    Jesus Chavez(For a little while.)
Oscar De La Hoya(To an extent.)
Miguel Cotto(For one fight against A.Trout before hooking up with Freddy Roach.)
    Ricky Hatton
    Carlos Baldimor
    Zab Judah
    Robert Guerrero

It's obvious to a degree that you should be placing your so-called disgust at Guerrero to that regard following his Saturday night performance against Kamegai and not Floyd, or else except the possible fact that Guerrero falls into that hefty list of fighters whose skill set goes south on them after losing, albeit gallantly, to Mayweather.

I wouldn't call losing 9-3 to Guerrero kicking his ass, the reason Robert did so poorly with Floyd was that he wanted to bait Floyd to fight the exact same way as Kamegai did, he prefers to fight that way, and Robert just like most people who Floyd has fought couldn't impose his style on him.

Plus almost all freeze up once facing Floyd:hey
Robert fought a tough fight Saturday and allowed it to get brutal but Floud would never fall for that trick:think Well with the exception of Maidana:lol:

I think Kamegai is a good fighter and I hope he gets back on US TV. He reminded me of a japanese antoino margarito.

    PLEASE

Floyd could never ruin Fighters .

    He cant bang .

Its not like he runs threw over any of his opponents .

He rarely ever knocks down his opponents .

He rarely ever hurts his opponents .

The last person he hurt legit was Hatton . Who Cottonball puncher Collazo nearly knocked out in their fight so that's really no accomplishment .

Every fighter he beats comes out looking perfectly fine as if they were not even in a fight to begin with .

SKIP BAYLESS - "Mayweather cant punch for sh#t"

Are you actually quoting Skip Bayless to try to back your argument? I don't think he knows of any active factors other than Manny and Floyd.

Kamegai lost 8-4 to Guerrero. Guerrero lost 9-3 to Mayweather. If we're going to just go by facial damage, then Jimrex Jaca kicked Marquez's ass worse than Mayweather did. Of course, common sense would dictate that's a silly argument.

We can play ebonics on this as long as you like but plain and clearly from the list of fighters I mentioned they are primed examples of what I'm talking about as far as Floyd setting a fighters skill level a couple of notches back after beating them. From your response you sound like a person who only looks for reckless knockouts in a fight and not the true art of the sport, which is what Mayweather represnts whether you like him or hate him, find his fights exciting or boring. Boxing is an art where the object is to hit and not get hit and that's what he represents and judging by his performances over most of his past several opponents over the past several years, Gatti, Manfredy, Ortiz, Guerrero and Mosley most definitely, he does have a penchant for setting a fighters skill set back down a couple of levels after fighting and beating them and the fact that he doesn't have to maim them or knock them out recklessly or viciously speaks in high volumes for Floyd's true gift of technique in the ring regardless of your boy Skip's opinion.

I actually used to really like Robert Guerrero but I genuinely dislike him for that cross fit sponsorship he did

The way he went on you would have taught he was some helpless feed not a two weight world champion before cross fit saved his life

Consider he came off a serious beating from Mayweather and was supposed to be fighting a soft touch who would make him look great it seemed like the perfect opportunity to shamelessly promote the benefits of crossfire and I'm glad it backfired

I know his life's been sick and all but he took the shameless promotion to far and made himself look like a puppet

The way the guy describe how incredibly weak Robert was supposed to be and calling him a noodle was shameful, guys that physically terrible don't become two weight world champions

Didnt see the fight but a guy in defeat doing damage doesnt really hold more credibility than a guy easily out pointing that fighter

Its not like Floyd didnt do damage to Guerreros face either

all that guy proved was that he hits harder than Floyd or did the damage on a few blows

Also Berto caused tremendous facial damage and Floyd put some on Guerrero as well, maybe its just a sign of the damage catching up
