Why did Zab move up a weight class when he's only adding 3 pounds from his usual 147? He weighed in at 150lbs.
Kind of a catch weight. Zab should win pretty convingly though. The guy he's fighting lost to Anthony Ivory.
Zab is gonna pull a Shannon Briggs, fight tomato cans and win several straight and get another shot at the title. I think it's BS.

This is one and done for Zab at 154. He's moving back down to 147 where he will likely get a title shot after a few wins.

loads of people have been saying he shouldnt be at light middle...i dont know why not. the guy can punch is very fast doesnt lose stamina over wieght and is still a decent size. terry norris was barely making 5'9 vasquez was 5'7 and pernell was 5'6(even though 1 fight isnt really a proving thing...but whatever good on him. maybe a rematch with cory spinks (i know horrible but it might happen) if he does win a title at light middlewieght that equals a 3 wieght world champion and that is a very elite group.
