Looks in great shape. Hopefully he keeps his mental focus in the ring when the time comes.

I'm expecting a great fight Saturday. My mind expects Khan to win, but my gut is telling me Judah is going to shock people with a KO.

on what basis ? because hes ripped? or because he can hit a speed bag well?

this always makes me laugh. professional fighters at that level should always be in great condition before a major fight, but i dont think weather the guy is walking round ripped with his shirt off or can hit a speed bag is a particularly good way of judging his condition

Well Khan has been talking alot about his next few fights, 147, 2012, mayweather ect. He talks more about that than zab.

He's always been ripped that doesn't changed the fact that he still mentally weak.

Yeah, the way he was punching that speedbag was badass. I wonder what will go through Khan's mind when he sees this. **** just got real, yo.

Really means zilch as far as his ability to be effective in rounds 5 - 7. Hopefully he has worked on that.

But as many are saying, it's the mental focus Zab needs to be working on. Hopefully he is.

i dont know that hes going to win

but the first step in getting back to the top for zab is ditching his father as a trainer....that relationship rarely works(calzaghes being an exception)...it clearly wasnt working for zab

the 2nd thing was ditching that "street" mentality...zab sounds like hes sharpened up...like hes matured....that whole "walking to the ring with a bunch of dudes with bandanas over their faces" thing was just a bad sign....i dont think hes looking for street cred anymore...i think hes looking for a shot at redemption and being able to take care of himself and his fam financially now

Zab has always been tremendously talented. If he is finally adding discipline and understanding to that talent, he could be very dangerous.

I get the feeling that he realizes he is fighting for his career every time he steps into the ring now.

agreed...he finally seems to be maturing

it happens to alot of us...we waste alot of time and talent being young and stupid....then we grow up a little
