Surely this is an interesting proposition? Judah has the kind of punch that is hard to anticipate, just the kind that can negate training. Anticipated punches can be coped with through good coaching/boxing instinct. I've always felt Zab's a bad match up for Khan, whilst I wouldn't bet on evens, I'm laying on this.
May as well take the extra odds for a Zab stoppage if you fancy him IMHO. I'll be having a little punt myself.
The chances of Judah winning on points are tiny, I think. A knockout upset isn't impossible though, so something like 7/1 would be a good bet.
Haven't seen a stoppage option yet, may lump on at 4/1 for the win, would have happily covered a Judah KO with a khan decision to result at 3/1 Judah KO so...
I also don't buy into the "If it goes 12 rounds, Khan volume punching wins" theory, there's a good chance decent countering will slow that jab-straight. Mix in some 10-8 rounds and the 4/1 could be a good prop* *assuming US-notoriety-bias is equal to up-and-coming bias on the scorecards.
Scoring "Some 10-8 rounds" isn't an easy feat without stopping your man. If you like Zab take extra money for the stoppage.
I only say 10-8s might be a consideration because AK has a shakey chin and seems to have learnt how to cope with it (Maidana). The important factor in a points victory for ZJ would be slowing Khan with counter-punches and effective pot-shots. Judah really does have quick delivery of one a punch power shot, Khan may well become more considered in his flurries when faced with speedy straights to the pipe.
I don't see Judah lasting, wait till you see them face to face, Khan is MUCH bigger than Judah, after Zab gasses due to the extremley fast pace he is going to start taking a beating, how long that goes for is anyones guess, but I doubt zab makes it to the final bell Judah has been down in both his last two fights, while Matthyse is forgivable, Mabuza is a straight up bum, if Judah goes down against Khan he will get finished
no one gave judah a chance earlier... hes an elite, our juniorr? junior hitter, quitter, despewrate, ****, cheeese beast, dot comma
Even if Zab is nullifying Amir they'll robably give it to Khan on points. Hatton win the decision over Collazo, Khan will be given similar treatment because of his connections IMO ;-) I wanna' go for Zab K.O, but will it be round betting (got Khan TKO7 Krostansen right all those years ago :rofl) or can you just go for outright stoppage?! If you can do the latter I'm putting a lump on Zab.
Am I tripping? Because I watched Judah-Mabuza AGAIN the other day and don't remember Zab getting dropped? I remember late kd against Matthyse, hebdidnt seem badly hurt IMO, even if the big Argie was piling it on at that point (I will add that Mabuza and Matthyse have shown evidence of a bigger dig than Khan at the weight, and their more measured approach may well have been better for fending off Zab, Lucas got close, Mabuzas career got ended) EDIT: EARL: You boxrecing **** :deal And Mabuza is not a straight up bum either.
