1:20 [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rDHby-di3m4&feature=related[/ame] Goddamn what Judah could have been if he could take a punch without shelling up.
so did Torres but yea I agree about Zab's biggest weakness before Pac fought Cotto, I downloaded this fight and watched it in slow motion. Then I watched Pac vs Marquez II in slow motion to make a comparison with a fight where Pac had a hard time. When I saw those two fights back to back in slow motion, I thought "Cotto is ****ed"
Yeah, but the difference between Cotto and Judah is Cotto usually won at the highest level no matter how much he was hurt. Stronger body, stronger mind.
He fell inlove with that counter uppercut aswell. He waits to land that shot and does every fight but when he does if he doesnt not the guy out he has no more ideas. He never goes to the body either.
:yep Whats I do to. You can learn alot watching what speeds fighters fight at. A guy who goes 30 miles per hour against a guy who goes 15. Not against a guy who goes 100 though.
Not so super "9 lifes" judah is one of the most overrated fighters in recent memory. If i had a dollar for everytime someone said, if Zab had this or that...I'd be a rich man. Accept he's very flawed and was never gonna amount to anything special. I hate when fighters are so overrated on their "potential".
Thing is, he has all the tangible tools. He has great power and speed. Im watching the 2nd round of the fight, Cotto is teeing off on Judah, then Judah explodes with a straight left and hurts Cotto again. He lands 2 straight lefts to the body to Cotto and stops Cotto in his tracks. Then stops throwing. He's a frustrating fighter to watch. I've always said if he had a real trainer as a young fighter he'd have been great.
Cotto was going to win this fight regardless. Zab didnt throw enough or even attempt to mix up his attack. He'd back up, get hit alot to the body and look for one big shot.
ahh the cotto low blow funny how judah later used that same move in another fight but yeah, cotto was hurt
You must have been going crazy during the Baldomir fight. Watching a Ferrari losing a race to an Argentinian mule.
