Mayweather didn't get any of the UK ppv either but he respected the sport and fans enough to promote because he knew Hatton would do his bit in the states.

I'd also point out that without the UK ppv Zab would be on much less because Khan would want a larger slice of the American ppv.

If Khan pulled out of the US promotion they'd both be worse of.

Any way you cut it this is a big FU to many fans who'd have loved the chance to see/meet Zab.

 

The UK Press gives the opposition fighters a fair shout. Silly move by Zab as he has no beef with them. Only in his egotistical mind does clamming up actually affect the PPV buys as he won’t impact it one jot imo.

Exactly. It's not like in Germany where you have hundreds of press and Camera's. It would have been 5 or so journalists who will write a little article about it and that's that.
