    From the talk of boxing:

    JUDAH CONFIRMS GOLDEN BOY CONTACT BUT SAYS "THEY'RE SPEAKING CHINESE!"
    By G. Leon

    Moments ago former two division champion Zab Judah confirmed to Boxingtalk that Golden Boy Promotions recently reached out to his camp attempting to negotiate a Marcos Maidana fight. "Yeah, they reached out to my pops, but the numbers they were talking, it's like they were speaking Chinese to us," said Judah. "It's like I told you yesterday, if they ain't coming with Oscar, they need to keep my name out of their mouth."

    ==========================================================

    Man, I love his skills but is he completely deluded about his status? He not only needs a fight with Maidana to get back into the picture, he needs to KO Maidana to boost his status.

    zab is a jackass, and he ain't that good. people always say how good his skills are. i don't see it. he's fast, and has some fancy looking moves what with the lead hand down ****, plus when he did those "prison/mel gibson" feints against PBF. his defense ain't that great. his chin ain't that great, and he's weak minded.

    Zab reinforces his massive twattitude. In his last four title fights, Zab is 0-4. He hasn't won against a real name opponent since 2005. He has accomplished NOTHING in this sport since blatantly giving away the real welterweight championship of the world. He does not deserve any more shots at anything until and if he can work his way back into it. He has gotten break after break based off of his previous accomplishments. That should end.

    ...Then why does he keep openly mocking guys for not fighting him even when they're not in the same weight class?

    This dude has gotten more shots than anyone I can remember who just keeps losing... There's no way he can honestly think he deserves a shot at any big name or belt. Why in the hell would he turn down Maidana???

    Zab can't get back down to 140 anyway. I suspect that's part of the reason for his reluctance to accept this fight. If he was really serious about being 140 champ again he would've atleast fought at 140 by now. Had he had a version of any belt at either 140 or 147 he might've been in the picture to fight Pac when the Mayweather fight broke down. What's he waiting for?

    He is deluded though. He's been irrelevant for a while now and he should jump at the chance at any belt. Lol, and he still wants to fight Oscar?

    As usual with him it seems as of late.. he feels he isn't getting paid enough. I come to that conclusion based on his quote referring to the 'numbers they came to us with' which would indicate money.

    But unfortunately he fails to realize he isn't a big star like he was previously, and as someone mentioned above hasn't beat anyone worth talkin' about in quite some time. I remember the last fight I seen with him couple years back he lost. I don't even remember who the guy was. Was supposed to be a walk in the park for Judah but he failed to capitalize to set up another big fight. Poor man, maybe he'll come to his senses and realize his actual worth unless he just won't be fighting anyone.

    I think it's more so he wants to talk to Oscar about how much money he is going to be paid. If anyone remembers, he was supposed to fight on the under-card for the Mayweather/Marquez fight, but pulled out of it because he didn't feel he was being offered enough money. So GBP/Mayweather was like aight then **** you and just kept it moving. (of course they didn't say that directly) :hey

    If he had any common sense and actually fought on the under-card he would expose himself to 1m+ viewers and potentially set up other big fights down the line with an impressive performance. But nah, 2+2 to Zab = 10. I used to really dig his boxing style and thought he was really good. He fell the **** off something fierce.

    Everyone should get off Zab's nuts. He has never squabbled over money in the past, and deserves to get paid what he worth. **** what y'all broke-ass jealous motha****as think about him. He is well within his rights to try and get what he desrves.

    I have never seen so many dudes try to **** on a guy for trying to get what he thinks he should. If he was some *****-ass good-boy type, or some guy that's a fan fave, you guys would be wishing him the best.

    And he's lost fights because he fights any ****in body. He doesn't try to carefully cherrypick his career. He fights who's next in line. Buncha hoes...
