Ay i LIKE zab, one of my top 10 favorite fighters in the sport.... but the dude is ONLY HURTING HIMSELF.

He better start winning fights if he wants to start earning what he thinks he should be getting.... i dont know exactly why he thinks he will call the shots, but the fact is they are simply going to go 'uuh... ok then' and skip over him and have these guys fight other peeps, meanwhile judah drops even further in rankings/status/relivence as the year passes by.

It seems ive been hearing forever now about how hes going to be fighting Urango.... that passed him by, now maidana... this is going to pass him by.

The dude is only hurting himself, as a fan i want to see him back in the ring already, laying down the law at 140, then when he holds some cards again, he can start making demands, but this year is going to pass him by and he will yet again be without a meaningful fight perhaps. :-(

Damn right. He'll fight...Ubaldo Hernandez, Ernest Johnson, Edwin Vazquez, Ryan Davis...anybody really. Even if nobody has a clue who they are and they've been knocked out by other nobodies, he will step up and fight them like a man. Nope. No cherrypickin' for Zab.

He isn't going to get the type of paydays that he thinks he deserves until he starts beating serious opponents again. Zab is pretty irrelevant these days, and he doesn't seem willing to work his way back up the pecking order. So **** him. Basically.

this will be the 2nd major undercard that he don't want to be a part of.

You guys aren't missing anything. Him and Casamayor had their own bouts late last year at the Pearl at the palms hotel.

SH*T OPPONENT, and Judah didn't even look like deserved what he's demanding.

Boxing is basically free agency to the max. Except, he's not really worth paying over 250,000 bucks.

translation: zab judah knows Maidana will knock him out and he can ill afford to get knocked out again at this point.

Zab Judah needs to know his role, why the hell would Oscar come out of retirement to fight HIM???? And this guy and James Toney need to understand their current place in the world.

Im a Zab fan and it should be noted what the guy achieved in his early days. Bottom line is he was a terrific fighter with alot of talent. But the dude needs to realise he is done now. This is 2010 and he aint getting no younger. Unfortunately deep down he knows Maidana has the punch to trouble him and doesnt really want a tough tough fight at this stage of his career. He wants to earn as much $ as possible and set himself up in life.

Maidana is getting ****ed over bigtime here. He is supposed to get his title shot against Khan. He accepts to step aside so that Khan can make an easy flashy defence of his title and they put him in against Judah? Not fair.
