Zab Judah was super talented. Just that he always found a way to lose his big fights. Tank via KO.

I mean, Gamboa had a worse chin than Zab and was never all that tight defensively but he made it to the 12th against Tank with a torn ACL to boot.

Zab was lighting fast and had power but he was self defeating.
Everytime he thought he had suffered an injustice he mentally unraveled very quickly.
Tank should consider groin punches early to totally throw Zab off his game. A ko by either are the most likely results.
    Tank KO 10

1st of all putting Haney's name with Floyd and Manny is bananas. 2nd: Zab isn't in the same class but he's only a step below, Haney as an example is far more than a step below.

Zab arguably outdueled Cory Spinks in their first fight losing a narrow decision, he also outdueled an extremely fresh Chop Chop, and he made it 12 rounds (and won) vs the animal Matthysse under pressure. It's not beyond the realm of possibility that he could win a decision as Zab's hands and feet are significantly faster than Tank, he's just as hard a hitter, his left counter is just as dangerous as Tank's and Tank isn't all that active himself. Plus single shotting Zab is unlikely, it only happened once in his entire career. His other "prime" stoppage against Cotto, took a sustained beating to put him down and everyone knows how heavy handed Cotto is.

Personally I think Tank (much smaller) would be in danger of getting stopped as I'm pretty sure Zab never lost to anyone "smaller of frame" than him but no I don't think a decision win by Zab is out of the question and that's knowing his weaknesses.

We have seen Davis at Jr welterweight, even against a tall opponent in Barrios. Like you said though, Judah didn’t really have the concentration levels to fight a perfect 12 rounds. Kind of why I thought of this match up. I was wondering if Tank survives Judah’s offensive onslaughts and eventually starts timing him like he usually does.

Tank would have not took dis fight.
If somehow he gets in the ring he might have a possibility to upset a mentally weaken Judah with his usual trash-talk during press conference and thanks to the possibility Judah lost fights he shouldn't have lost.

Zab was very fast and talented but lacked discipline/motivation at times, Zab should never lose to someone like Baldomir for an example. Highly motivated/disciplined Zab beats most guys but the version we had most likely gets beat by Tank that stays focused and sticks to the gameplan more consistently.

Going with Zab until I see Tank face better opposition, specially at 140.

    This is really good matchmaking

    I couldn't give a definitive answer
I always felt Judah was a very hard fighter to beat at 140. Very talented

    Gervonta has great power

    I really can't call it
    Fantastic matchmaking
