I think this could turn out to be a good decision for team Judah, IF Judah shows up in the shape he needs to be.

Honestly I don't know too much about the 27-0(25ko) Matthysse. I only saw him get the questionable Tko over Harris, and other than that I haven't seen him, only read about him.

But if I am right, Lucas seems to be just limited enough for Judah to capitolize on, while getting the benefit of taking a 0 in the process.

If this fight goes through, I'll go ahead and guess,

    Judah Tko9 Matthysse.

I was thinking distance too, but I'm gonna guess Zab will be trying to make a statement.

If Zab don't take Lucas out early then i don't think Zab will pull it off. Lucas is a aggressive fighter that will be in Judah's face all the time. And you know damn well Judah hates fighters with the style that got pop.

I really hope Lucas can be the one to bring Judah back to obscurity.

the dude's had way too many opportunities and keeps getting chances.

for example: after the upset loss to Baldomir, Zab's next fight was a PPV with Mayweather .. then after being suspended his second fight is a title shot on PPV vs Cotto and a couple fights later vacant title fight with Clottey etc, etc

another way of looking at it--and one that is relevant given today's boxing climate--is that zab has fought everybody and ducks no one

I'm kinda torn in this fight. On one hand, Ive always been a Zab fan and want him to win. But on the other hand, the sport needs new young blood. So I kinda want Mattysee to win also.

From what Ive seen of Matthyse, he'd make for one helluva war with Maidana.

Yeah, Zab said it was done the other day. & Ticketmaster has already said they will switch the tickets from the 10/2 fight w/ Clark. Zab gotta go get Matthyse early, he's s tough fighter. I think if Zab uses his speed (hand & foot) he could clip him early. Thinking about going to check this one out live.

I'm curious to see if Zab can make easy work of this guy.
