Looking ahead, if Zab gets past Kaizer Mabuza (which is not a given), who would you like to see him matched up with next @ 140lbs?
These are the fights I want for Zab Zab vs Alexander I honestly think Zab can beat Alexander, and he should do it in St. L just like he beat spinks, once hes done that, his name will be big again at 140, and that would set up big matches against eather Bradley or Khan.
Devon or Ortiz sound like some good matchups. Like him or not, Zab has name recognition and can sell alot of tickets. He's going to get some real good fights. He just has to win first on March 5. With Whitaker in his corner, he can only get better.
I definitely think he will be given some consideration against Devon Alexander, especially if Zab wins and after the way Alexander looked against Bradley. For the record I think it would be atactical Boxing match, and I think Zab would win in a "neutral: site, although it would be a close split deciscion.
Matthyse rematch is the obvious fight. He can then fight Maidana, and the winner gets the winner of Khan-Bradley, and will have earned the shot.
