Zab Judah wants 50/50 on American TV...tells Khan to keep UK PPV!!

I don't think Zab deserves fiddy-fiddy, but I don't really care who gets what. Just make the friggin' fight happen.

 

I want this fight to happen, I see it being a complete shut out UD Khan or even Khan TKO

In truth he doesn't weather that is right or wrong, Khan is th one with the big contract with HBO/Golden Boy. Khan will make over $1 million whoever he fights, would like to see how much Judah would make if has to make a routine defense, my guess would be at best a couple of hundred grand, he deffo deserves bigger money because he is involved in a bigger fight but no way he deserves 50/50 imo.

 

Khan needs an opponent. Judah is a belt holder to.

 

He wasn't a particularily big draw in his prime and after losing half a dozen high profile fights isn't in great demand with the big networks, his last fight was on an internet only thing if I recall correctly, either that or some tiny channel, not HBO, Showtime or even ESPN.

Khan, lining up Judah, Guerrero, Bradley...just beat Maidana...Im really impressed with him actually.
Kids a warrior, still dont rate him as a fighter but how can you not respect him lately.

 

Judah has the skill, hand speed and power to take Khan out early imo. If I was Khans management I'd be going nowhere near Judah or Holt. But I'm not, so I'm excited that this is a real possibility.

One thing I've noticed is that no one gave Judah a chance when he was discussed as an opponent before the Mabuza win...

 

Some beleive Khan has the fastest hand's in boxing today .Some say prime Judah had the fastest hand's of his era .Quality match up man i've got it 50/50 .

After learning in the media that WBA regular Super Lightweight champion Amir Khan would be facing either Zab Judah or Robert Guerrero next July 23rd, Team Maidana Team wants to contact Team Khan in order to coordinate details of the ceremony in which Mr. Khan will have to hand out his title to Mr. Maidana.

In order to avoid Mr. Khan any inconvenience as he would probably be in training camp at the time and we do not intend to cause any distractions to him Team Maidana wants to inform that we will be more than happy to receive the WBA title from Mr. Khan’s own hands either in London or Manchester in the always lovely England. Otherwise, we are willing to organize a big party in Argentina for which, of course, we would pay all travel expenses for Mr. Khan and companions.

Hoping to have an answer from Team Khan as soon as possible, we send them our best regards.

“According to WBA rules Khan has to face his mandatory challenger, who happens to be Marcos Maidana, by September 11, 2011 and he cannot fight anyone else 60 days before that date. Team Khan and Golden Boy Promotions have been notified already as we have too,” explained Maidana’s advisor Sebastian Contursi.

“We cannot force Khan to give Maidana his deserved 2010 Fight of the Year rematch. In fact, we think he will never dare to enter a ring with Maidana again. However, if Khan wants to keep his title and, specially, his honour intact, he will have to do it. Otherwise, he should resign the title and we’ll look for another opponent,” Contursi added.
