Just how unfocused has he been throughout the majority of his career, in your opinion?

I've heard that years ago he was thought of Pernell Whitaker with power, which is pretty scary.

    Thoughts on him?

Ehhh. He's been more than a little humble recently from what I've seen of him, compared to how he used to act

Well in order to be compared to a Whitaker with power, you need to have the intelligence to pull off the things in the ring Whitaker did. Zab never had that, so those comparisons are pretty lame. He was a super fast southpaw with very good power. Not enough upstairs though. I think we saw the best of Zab in the rematch with Spinks, that was the night he came closest to showing off his full potential.

Zab knocks out Whitaker at 147.

And I see no reason why he doesn't do the same at 140 either.

    :yep

I got banned because I thought Chris Byrd was ahead against Povetkin. The way I see it, if a professional judge could score the fight for Holyfield in his first fight with Lewis, then why should I be banned for scoring the fight for Byrd?

That's true. Whitaker simply didn't accomplish enough at 140 for me to pick him over Judah.

I have Zab beating Roberto Duran at 140 on similar grounds.

That's a pretty outrageous claim. As good as Zab was, Duran would steamroll through the Brooklyn native.

Whitaker handled Pineda better than Judah did, and Judah faced Pineda a decade later.
